​Transformational coaching offers mentorship in the process of setting life goals, changing habits and behaviors and moving toward more ease and freedom in life. Coaching is available in person at our private studio or online in the zoom room. I look forward to developing a connection with you so that I can support you on your journey.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What to expect in the coaching session

  • When you book the session, you will answer a short questionnaire with what you would like to work on and where you have problems. This allows us to go deeper during the session more effectively.

  • I might ask you some additional questions during the session, so we can see what's going on and what it is you truly need.

  • I will offer various health and wellness practices which include but are not limited to breathing techniques, lifestyle changes, nutrition, yoga, writing, reflection as well as other self-care practices that can help you to make the changes that you are ready to actualize in your life. My intention is to make this as tangible for you as possible so that you can easily integrate and implement the changes you seek to make.

  • You will get support to learn how to embrace the obstacle rather than resisting it.

  • You might receive exercises for these challenges that can be used in everyday life.

  • The problems that we often have in life are often a reflection of challenges and blockages that we struggle with on the inside. If we work on these obstacles and you implement what we work on in coaching, then there will most likely also be changes in your life that will bring about a new flow.

Single Session $85

Each subsequent session within 4 weeks 15% discount



Discount for single parents, job seekers, students: 30% discount on the single session (please provide by email, then you will receive a discount code for booking) You will be guided through the online registration process and will then receive an email with my private office address. If you opt for Holistic Coaching online, you need a computer with zoom, webcam, sound and internet browser. 5 minutes before the appointment you click on the email link to enter the session. If necessary, you can also use a smartphone for this. In person is always preferable for coaching sessions.

 

Prerequisites for teaching one-on-one or coaching

You must be able to answer YES to these requirements in order to take part in a coaching session with Tarakini:

  • My attitude and my actions are what will bring about change. No one can make the changes in my life except me. Susannah can only support me and show me what I can do to bring about effective change. Nobody can implement it other than myself.

  • I am willing to invest the time to meditate regularly.  OR: I am willing to work with the new body, mind, spirit exercises 

  • If one of the above points does not apply so far, I am ready to work on it and bring about the necessary changes.

  • I am aware that coaching with Susannah is not a substitute for psychological or physical therapies and I only participate when I am mentally healthy.

  • Before booking the session I read the coaching terms and conditions carefully and agree to them with the registration. I follow the instructions for cancellation and rebooking.

 

One-on-one Meditation Teaching:

Do you have trouble meditating? 

Would you like to find ease in meditation?

If you are already doing a mantra meditation or another technique but still have difficulties experiencing depth in your meditation, one-on-one sessions can provide support for what might be missing. Small changes can often open up new levels of depth and ease in your meditation. Even more advanced meditators often reach a plateau and have the impression of being stuck. Meditation one-on-one can also be helpful here. Private meditation teaching is only available in person at our private studio. Meditation and mindfulness is best transmitted in person where we can develop a connection so that I can support you on your journey. Zoom is also an option.

  • I will explain missing aspects of knowledge and deepen your knowledge around nirodhyama, the art of transcendence, in simple ways. My intention is to make this as tangible for you as possible so that you can easily integrate and implement the knowledge.

  • You will get support to solve your individual difficulties around your meditation.

  • You might receive exercises for your meditation and also for everyday life, which will help solve your meditation problems.

  • The problems that you may face in meditation can be a reflection of some of the problems that you may experience in everyday life. One-on-one work allows us to uncover the patterns and tendencies inhibiting an effortless letting go in practice. When a new tendency is implemented, then changes in the practice and in your life are likely to unfold.
